External Dosimetry Survey for Medical Workers.

The following survey is provided for RSO's and other individuals working in Medical facilities.  The results of this informal survey will be posted on this page after July 2, 2005.  Prior to that time, you may copy and paste the survey into an email and send it to me at the following address:  rjgunter@chpconsultants.com.   I will use the survey results in a paper given at the Health Physics Society Annual meeting in Spokane, WA July 11-14.  I hope to see you there.
